28-year-old Deron Yarrell sentenced to 7-38 years in prison for felony drug crimes involving fentanyl, oxymorphone, and cocaine in West Virginia and Virginia.

28-year-old Deron Adolph Yarrell of Bluefield, Mercer County, was sentenced to prison for felony drug crimes after a traffic stop in Fayette County. Yarrell was found guilty of conspiracy to possess and intent to deliver fentanyl, oxymorphone, and cocaine, and possession of tramadol with the intent to deliver. He was sentenced to 7-38 years in prison and fined $6,000, with pending drug charges in Marion County, West Virginia, and Tazewell County, Virginia.
