57-year-old Alhaji Sulaiman Jimoh, also known as Temo, the head of the Mushin drug cartel in Lagos, Nigeria, has been arrested by the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA). Temo, who had been on the run for years, was captured at his hideout in Lagos following a series of gunfights involving his armed gangs. The NDLEA had seized multiple drug consignments linked to Temo in recent months, including truckloads of cannabis. Chairman of the NDLEA, Brig. Gen. Mohamed Buba Marwa, praised the officers involved in the arrest and urged them to intensify their efforts against drug cartels.
