Vodafone Spain and MasOrange have agreed initial terms on a national fibre network sharing agreement, including the creation of a new joint venture company. Both companies aim to provide access to a modern fibre optic network for approximately 11.5 million premises across Spain. The partnership plans to bring in a third-party equity investor with an expected 40% stake, while MasOrange will own 50% and Vodafone Spain 10%. The new company will be created subject to final agreement and regulatory approvals.
