Taiwan and China are set to sign a deal for the repatriation of two Chinese nationals' remains, whose unmarked boat capsized off Kinmen County in February after being chased by a Taiwan Coast Guard patrol vessel. The deal follows months of talks between Taiwan and Chinese officials. Two Chinese crew members died, while two others were rescued and returned to China.
