St. Mary's County EMS Chief, Thomas Patrick Raley, accused of tampering with medic boxes containing narcotics. Investigation began after a suspected tampering incident on July 16 involving a security seal on a medic box containing fentanyl vials. Further investigation revealed additional tampering incidents in multiple county medic units and EMS facilities. Raley is the sole suspect identified in the case.
