Rover Critical Minerals Corp. has entered into a non-binding LOI to acquire 100% interest in the Silicon Valley Silica Project near Golden, BC. The project, which includes high-purity quartzite beds, has an average SiO2 content of 99.6% and low deleterious elements. Located adjacent to the Sinova Quartz silica quarry, the 1,760-hectare project shows promising potential for high purity silica.
