Quebec's Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec is selling a $700M stake in Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc., a Canadian convenience store giant, back to the company through a private share buyback agreement. This deal is part of the Caisse's periodic portfolio rebalancing. Couche-Tard plans to reinvest the proceeds from its transaction with the Caisse in other Quebec companies.
