IAS officer Puja Khedkar faces allegations of fraudulently manipulating physical disability and OBC quotas to clear UPSC exams. The Yashwantrao Chavan Memorial Hospital in Pune, which issued her a 7% locomotor disability certificate, has concluded an internal probe, finding no wrongdoing in the issuance of the document. The Pune Collectorate has also ordered a probe into Khedkar's disability certificate.
