3G networks in Singapore, operated by M1, Singtel, and StarHub, are being retired starting with M1 in August. The remaining 3G subscribers will migrate to 4G or 5G services, as over 99.9% of Singapore's mobile subscribers are already on these networks. The retirement of 3G networks will free up spectrum capacity for future-ready 5G networks and support enterprise digital transformation plans.
