Downtown YMCA-YWCA opens new youth community access program, "Open Y," in partnership with the City of Winnipeg. Targeted at 13-17 year olds, the initiative offers free access to Vaughan Street facility during designated times, with no membership or fees required. Launching immediately, youth in downtown Winnipeg can enjoy the program from Monday-Friday evenings through summer and on Fridays year-round.
