Contractor Willmott Dixon wins £61m project to refurbish & expand Kendrew Barracks, relocating the 18 Army Education Centre and MWD Regiment. New infrastructure includes 15 buildings, including 11 new ones, and a new veterinary center with 173 kennels for military dogs. The project is part of the UK government's goal to modernize and rationalize defence infrastructure, expected to be completed by December 2025.
