Central government asks all ministries and departments to form in-house committees for identifying backlog reserved vacancies and fill them through special drives, Jitendra Singh, Minister of State for Personnel informed Lok Sabha. Instructions issued require each ministry to designate a deputy secretary or above as liaison officer. The process of identifying and filling vacancies is continuous.
