Carnival Cruise Line orders three new LNG-powered ships from Fincantieri, set to launch in 2029, 2031, and 2033.
Carnival Cruise Line has announced an order for three new LNG-powered cruise ships, set to launch in 2029, 2031, and 2033 respectively. These new ships will be part of a new class, at nearly 230,000 gross registered tons, making them the largest in Carnival's fleet and the largest cruise ships ever built in Italy. The agreement with Fincantieri also brings the total number of new ship orders for Carnival Cruise Line in 2024 to five.
