Canadian Armed Forces awards GM Defense Canada a $35.8m contract for 90 light tactical vehicles (LTVs) and an option for 18 more. The vehicles will support Canada's NATO mission in Latvia and feature a new utility variant design. GM Defense Canada anticipates delivering the first vehicles within five weeks. The LTVs will help Canadian soldiers navigate complex terrain and transport combat equipment.
