The Buffalo Diocese has substantiated allegations of sexual misconduct against priest Joseph S. Rogliano, who served at four Buffalo parishes before resigning and retiring in February. Rogliano was placed on administrative leave in September after a complaint of inappropriate conduct with an adult. Following an investigation and recommendation by a review board, he has been restricted from public ministry.
