57-year-old Robert Dyer of Telford, TN has been charged with aggravated abuse/neglect of an elderly or vulnerable adult after authorities found a 77-year-old woman in his care living in deplorable conditions. The woman, underweight and lying in a bed covered in feces and urine, was taken to a local hospital for treatment. Tennessee Adult Protective Services has been notified for the ongoing investigation.
