22-year-old Jayden Lazard died in a head-on crash with a tractor-trailer on LA-70 in Ascension Parish.

22-year-old Jayden Lazard from Opelousas was killed in a head-on crash on LA-70 in Ascension Parish on Monday morning. Lazard's car crossed the center line and collided with a tractor trailer. He was not wearing a seatbelt at the time and was partially ejected from the vehicle, later dying from his injuries at the hospital. The tractor trailer driver was not injured. The crash occurred at LA-70 at Panama Road.
