11-year-old Irish girl Clodagh Phelan died after falling from a hotel balcony in Majorca, Spain, where she was on holiday with her family. The Spanish Civil Guard is treating her death as an accident. Tributes have been paid by Taoiseach Simon Harris, her athletics club Parnell AC, and others who knew her. Clodagh was described as a bubbly and talented athlete who played rugby, athletics, and GAA.
