The incident happened under a bridge near the Martello Beach Holiday Park around 7:30 pm on July 19. Police are searching for two boys, one with black hair and the other with dark blond hair, who were both wearing distinctive clothing. Officers are urging anyone with CCTV or dash cam footage to come forward.
