27-year-old Bill Ellis was sentenced to life in prison, eligible for parole after 20 years, for assaulting two women at local Reno casinos. In the first attack, Ellis groped a 63-year-old woman in an employee area, while in the second incident, he held a knife to a woman's neck in a restroom and attempted sexual acts. Surveillance footage from the casinos aided in the arrest and conviction.
