35-year-old Abdul Ezedi, the Clapham chemical attacker, died by suicide and drowning in the River Thames, a coroner has ruled. The 35-year-old's body was found beneath Chelsea Bridge after a 19-day manhunt. Ezedi attacked his former girlfriend and her two young daughters with a corrosive chemical before fleeing and entering the River Thames. The coroner ruled out the possibility of him being accidentally pushed or falling into the water, stating it was likely he jumped in with the intention of ending his life.
