Tenants of a Winnipeg apartment building, who were suddenly evicted with only a few hours' notice by a new landlord, have moved back into their homes over a week later. Some of the building's windows were broken or boarded up, and a fire alarm and sprinkler system were out of service. The Manitoba government intervened and has been working with the landlord to ensure the residents' return to their homes.
