West Palm Beach City Hall was evacuated on Monday after a white substance tested positive for cocaine was found in the commission chambers. The building, located at 401 Clematis Street, was cleared at 8:30 am after an emergency call, and the substance was confirmed as cocaine by the West Palm Beach Fire Department. Employees were allowed to return to the building, and a City Council meeting scheduled for Monday evening proceeded as planned.
