Hilton hotel planned for former train bank site on Dickson Street and West Avenue in Fayetteville. The 7-story, 220-230 room hotel, named Hilton Motto & Tempo, will include a coffee shop, sports bar, rooftop bar and restaurant. Dickson Hotel Depot, LLC purchased the 0.7-acre property for $4.6 million from Ramble North, LLC. The Fayetteville City Council approved the hotel's construction in November.
