Schroders Greencoat acquires a 100MW UK solar portfolio from Metlen Energy & Metals.

Schroders Greencoat has acquired a 100MW UK solar portfolio from Greek multinational Metlen Energy & Metals, consisting of three operating solar assets: Gorse Lane in Lincolnshire, Defford in Worcestershire, and Watnall in Nottinghamshire. The deal, which increases Schroders Greencoat's position as the largest manager of operating ground-mounted solar farms in the UK, now totals approximately 1.9GW.
