The film follows a mother struggling with psychosis in a remote rural area, with Pattinson's role undisclosed. Ramsay co-wrote the script with Enda Walsh, and the movie is being produced by Lawrence's Excellent Cadaver alongside Martin Scorsese and Andrea Calderwood, with Black Label Media financing.
