The Public Service Association (PSA) filed a case with the Employment Relations Authority (ERA) to halt Oranga Tamariki's job cuts of around 419 roles. PSA Assistant Secretary Fleur Fitzsimons says they're asking Oranga Tamariki to pause the change process and not dismiss any staff members while they work through the provisions in the collective agreement. The PSA previously took a similar case against the Ministry of Education.
