Northwest British Columbia man narrowly escapes grizzly bear attack while biking on July 16th.

A Northwest British Columbia man narrowly escaped a grizzly bear attack on July 16th while biking from South Hazleton to Anderson Flats on a trail near Mission Creek. The man encountered a grizzly bear with two cubs that were feeding on berries in the area. Conservation Officer Sgt. Matthew Corbett reported that the man is fortunate to be alive after the incident.
