Most of the US experienced a decrease in gas prices due to weaker-than-expected gasoline demand, but Minnesota's gas prices rose 1.6 cents per gallon to $3.32. Severe weather disrupted a major refinery outside Chicago, impacting gas supplies in Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, and Michigan.
