Legal tech firm Clio raises $900m in equity funding, valuing the Canadian company at $3bn. Clio, known for cloud-based tools helping lawyers manage their practices, has set a new Canadian tech financing record. With annual recurring revenue of $200m in 2022, Clio plans to expand into 130 countries, increase AI investments and improve efficiency in the legal sector with its AI product, Clio Duo.
