Inmate dies at Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center: An inmate was found unresponsive in his cell on Monday morning at the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center in Richland County. Jail staff attempted life-saving measures, but the detainee was pronounced dead. The Richland County Coroner's Office is investigating the cause of death.
