IAEA & Italy host inaugural ministerial meeting of World Fusion Energy Group (WFEG) in Rome, Nov 6, aiming to advance global efforts to develop clean, safe, and limitless energy sources. G7 leaders have highlighted fusion energy's potential to address climate change and energy security challenges. Italian PM Giorgia Meloni and IAEA Director General Rafael Mariano Grossi will co-chair the meeting.
