Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar responded cryptically to the Centre's refusal to grant special status to Bihar. Kumar, whose Janata Dal-United (JD-U) is a key ally of the ruling National Democratic Alliance (NDA) at the Centre, said, "You will get to know all things slowly, and slowly (sab kuchh dhire dhire jaan jaaiyega)" when asked about the Union government's statement in Parliament. This response comes after the Bihar assembly faced disruption twice due to opposition members voicing their objections against the Centre's refusal to grant special status to the state.
