Energy and marine consultancy ABL wins contract by INELFE to provide marine warranty survey (MWS) services for offshore transportation and installation of the Biscay interconnector between France and Spain. INELFE is responsible for building and energizing French-Spanish interconnectors, co-financed by the European Union, to increase interchange capacity between the Iberian Peninsula and Europe. The project includes installing interconnections between Gatika substation, Spain and Cubnezais substation, France, featuring four cables with a transmission capacity.
