31-year-old Brione Jacquil Spencer was fatally shot in Old East Dallas on Saturday night. Police found him lying on the ground in the 1000 block of Grigsby Avenue, and he later died at the hospital. The Dallas Police Department is investigating the case under case number 111458-2024, with Detective Guy Curtis handling the investigation.
