West Bengal Governor warns two Trinamool Congress MLAs, Sayantika Banerjee and Reyat Houssen Sarkar, of financial penalties if they participate in Assembly proceedings, as their oaths were administered by the Speaker instead of the Deputy Speaker nominated by the Governor, which the Governor's office considers unconstitutional. The four newly elected Trinamool Congress MLAs are scheduled to take oath on Tuesday.
