Brittany Higgins, who received $2.4m compensation after rape allegations in Australia's Parliament House in 2019, may sell her French chateau to fund her defamation case against her former boss, Senator Linda Reynolds. Legal costs are estimated to reach over $1m, potentially forcing the couple to return to Australia. The defamation trial is set to begin on August 2 in WA Supreme Court.
