MP Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa accuses former Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta of approving $34.9m payment for ambulance spare parts just 5 days before leaving office. The funds were intended for purchasing parts for the 307 ambulances distributed under the One District One Ambulance initiative. The documents reveal that on February 9, 2024, Ofori-Atta authorized the payment to Service Ghana Auto Group Limited.
