JSW Infrastructure, India's 2nd largest port operator, is exploring green hydrogen & ammonia plants at its ports to diversify into green energy markets. The company plans long-term, capital-intensive projects, requiring suitable land, robust backend, and strategic port locations. These plans align with the Ministry of Ports, Shipping, & Waterways' identification of Kandla, Paradip, & Tuticorin as future export hubs for green hydrogen, ammonia, & methanol within the next 7 years.
