Saxena has ordered a "complete revamp" of the Indian Red Cross Society-run hospital in Seemapuri, East Delhi, within six months due to its dilapidated condition, lack of modern equipment, and manpower shortage. The L-G asked senior doctors and officials to prepare a roadmap to develop facilities and provide a thorough assessment of the hospital's requirements.
