China's Zeekr electric vehicle brand, owned by Geely, has received approval to sell its X SUV in Australia, positioning it to compete with Volvo EX30 and BYD Atto 3 in the local small electric SUV market. The Zeekr X, based on the Sustainable Experience Architecture, will be available in both rear-wheel drive (RWD) and all-wheel drive (AWD) variants. Full Australian specifications for the X have not yet been revealed, but the SUV is expected to be priced competitively in the market.
