91% of Americans believe discussing death and dying is healthy, yet 1 in 4 feel uncomfortable doing so. The National Funeral Directors Association's (NFDA) survey reveals that 31% are uncomfortable with their own mortality. To address this, NFDA's online resource, Remembering A Life, provides a free guide, "Start the Conversation," to help families and friends have meaningful end-of-life discussions.
