Afghan security forces in Kandahar province stopped a smuggling attempt of 10 kg of historical documents to Pakistan, arresting two suspects. Since August 2021, Afghanistan's Ministry of Information and Culture has prevented the smuggling of 1,460 cultural relics from various periods, including the Stone Age and the Kushan Empire.
