59-year-old James E. Vaughn from Swan Pond was found dead, trapped under an ATV in Knox County, according to the Knox County Sheriff's Office. The incident occurred after Vaughn's family reported him missing, last hearing from him when he mentioned going to get lumber. His body was discovered on Rufus Mills Ridge off of KY South 11 in Barbourville, and the cause of death is currently under investigation.
