Leeds police have charged a 37-year-old man with violent disorder and arson after a bus was set on fire during rioting in the Harehills area on 18 July. The suspect, Iustin Dobre, is due to appear in court on Monday. West Yorkshire Police have also made five further arrests in connection with the incident, with four individuals previously arrested granted bail pending further investigation.
