Evansville murder suspect Martin Keith Miniard, 54, was arrested after a manhunt lasting several days. Miniard is accused of murdering Joshua A. Seymour, 37, who was found with a gunshot wound to the chest on July 17. A joint effort by multiple law enforcement agencies led to his capture in New Harmony on July 19. Miniard was booked into the Vanderburgh County Confinement Center on one charge of murder.
