2 women and a man from Kendal were assaulted in an unprovoked attack by 32-year-old Aaron Atkins and his brother, 30-year-old Ryan Atkins, a professional soldier. The incident occurred after the victims encountered the brothers on the street in Kirkland. Ryan Atkins admitted to two actual bodily harm assaults, while his brother pleaded guilty to one such offense and theft of an iPhone. The victims were traumatized by the event.
