Uttarakhand CM promises Agniveers post-service employment and reservation in state departments.
Uttarakhand CM Pushkar Singh Dhami announced that Agniveers from the state who complete their service will be accommodated in various state departments, including police, and provisions for their reservation will also be established. Dhami assured Agniveers of secure future post service and directed officials to develop a comprehensive plan for their post-service employment. If required, he will introduce a proposal to enact a law to support Agniveers in the Cabinet and present it to the assembly.
