UAE's government permits foreigners to own freehold land and property in Dubai, with long-term leases up to 99 years.

Foreigners, including non-residents, can purchase property in Dubai, according to UAE's government portal. Law No. 7 of 2006 on Real Estate Registration allows non-UAE nationals to own freehold land and property within designated areas by the Ruler of Dubai. Freehold ownership extends to land and all buildings, and foreigners can also acquire musataha, usufruct, and long-term leases up to 99 years.
