Tamil Nadu CM Stalin requests funds for Chennai Metro, express flyover, tax reduction, and support for Coimbatore, Madurai metro projects in Union Budget 2024-25.

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin has urged the Centre to allocate funds for several development projects in the Union Budget 2024-25, including the Chennai Metro Rail, express flyover between Tambaram and Chengalpattu, and a reduction in income tax. Stalin has also requested approval for Coimbatore and Madurai metro rail projects and increased funds for pending railway projects in the state.
